Included in S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for Third Consecutive Year

Firstsource Solutions Limited a leading global provider of business process management services and an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, has been recognized as the “Top 1% in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) Score” for 2026. The recognition also comes with an inclusion in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook, for the third consecutive year.
The S&P Global CSA Score and Sustainability Yearbook serve as a trusted benchmark for corporate sustainability, assessing companies across environmental, social, and governance dimensions. With over 9,200 companies assessed, only 848 achieved Yearbook membership.
Firstsource’s Top 1% placement reflects the company’s sustained progress in purpose-led, sustainable growth and its standing among top-performing companies across industries worldwide. Moreover, its inclusion underscores its leadership in the ‘Professional Services’ category, with an S&P Global Sustainable1 ESG Score and CSA Score of 87 each, placing it in the top 99th percentile.
Dr. Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman of RPSG Group and Firstsource, shared, “Being considered a leader in corporate sustainability this early in our ESG journey is a testament to the dedication of our people in building a sustainable business and long-term value creation. In an industry where ESG transformation often takes many years to institutionalize, we chose to embed climate discipline, governance strength, and social impact into the core of our operating model. Being placed among the top 1% globally affirms that this integrated approach is working — and strengthens our resolve to build a business that is resilient, responsible, and future-ready.”
