JNUSU JS Danish’s Blood Sugar Level Drops To 61!
As the indefinite hunger strike reaches its 4th day alongside the 11 days of the protest at jantar mantar, health conditions of students have started to worsen amidst a shameful inaction against the education minister. JNUSU Joint Secretary Danish’s Blood Sugar level has reached 61mg/dL, a significant drop from the normal 100mg/dL. The doctors have pointed out continuing the strike might have an extreme effect on her health. They warned that she may lose consciousness at any point and may even fall into a coma. Despite this, Danish’s resolve is to continue the hunger strike.
Comrades Aameen and Deepak have also been advised by the doctors to not continue the hunger strike. Aameen’s BP level is critical and Deepak’s blood sugar is at 70.
