Save A Pind, is a long-term, community-centric CSR programme aligned with Finvasia’s core values of inclusive upliftment. The initiative seeks to contribute to the revival and development of villages in Punjab by strengthening education, sports, vocational exposure, and community-driven learning ecosystems.

Finvasia, a global multi-disciplinary organisation, has strengthened its commitment to community development in Punjab through its flagship CSR initiative, Save A Pind. The initiative focuses on nurturing holistic learning and aspirations among students in government schools. As part of the programme, Finvasia conducted a day-long engagement across three government schools; Government Senior Secondary School, Giga Majra; Government Primary School, Baironpur; and Government Middle School, Baironpur. The engagement centred on sports, confidence-building, and student-led expression.

Commenting on the initiative, a Ramneek Singh Ghotra, Chief Growth Officer at Finvasia said, Inclusive upliftment is at the heart of everything we do at Finvasia. Our CSR efforts are focused on ensuring that growth and opportunity reach communities at the grassroots, especially in smaller towns and villages. Through initiatives like ‘Save A Pind’, we work closely with local schools and communities to support learning, confidence, and collective progress in a way that is inclusive and sustainable.
The engagement featured a series of structured and fun-filled activities designed to encourage teamwork, participation, and confidence among students. These included traditional team sports such as Kho-Kho, relay races, and tug of war, along with inclusive team-building activities, enabling participation across age groups and abilities.
In addition to sports, students took part in confidence-building and aspiration-focused interactions, culminating in a ‘Dream Wall’ activity, where they expressed their dreams and goals through writing and artwork. The initiative aims to create a lasting symbol of motivation and self-belief within the school environment.
Over the past period, Finvasia has been actively engaging with these schools and local communities through collaborative, hands-on involvement by its employees. The model emphasises mentorship, encouragement, and shared learning—reinforcing positive role models and nurturing aspirations at the grassroots level.
Through ‘Save A Pind’, Finvasia continues to focus on sustainable, on-ground impact by investing time, people, and purpose into communities, with education and youth development remaining central to its CSR vision.
