Everyday A New Failure, CUET-PG Scam Is the latest feather in NTA’s Cap- Aisa, JNU
Exactly when students all over the country are in the streets protesting due to the disastrous NEET paper leak and CBSE fiasco, NTA has come up with another blunder of the same scale. As unbelievable as this may sound, students have come to realise that many (exact number to be confirmed soon) papers of CUET-PG have taken place in multiple shifts for which no information was given and students were totally unaware about. Who were the people who got their admit cards directly on their e-mail? Was the difficulty level of both the exams same? If not then, would these scores be normalised? What is the process and where is the transparency about the normalization? Why was no information put on the public official portal? Is this another case of corruption by the NTA? If the exams were supposed to be conducted from 14 March to 27 March, then why were the second shift exams of some subjects conducted on 30th March? What is NTA hiding here?
The opaque, corrupt and unaccountable NTA has once again proved its inefficiency and it’s clear as day that the company deserves to be scrapped. Apart from this, it is also clear that this regime is totally incapable of conducting any exam. This govt must apologise to the public and the education minister must resign from his post. AISA demands investigation into why the information was hidden from the general students and no prior information regarding this was published.
