At a time when the fascist regime has bowed down to American imperialism and the toiling masses of the country are facing one of the most difficult phases in recent history;
when institutions are being systematically captured and weakened by the Modi-Shah regime, and the voting rights of marginalized sections and voices of opposition are being threatened and undermined, JNU has once again shown that it will not remain silent.
JNU carries the revolutionary spirit of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev. It carries the legacy of questioning power, resisting injustice and fighting for a society based on equality, freedom and justice. The students of JNU will continue to raise their voices against authoritarianism, anti-people policies and the assault on democratic institutions.
